How to add a new prospect list for tracking

To do this, go to the Tracking tab and click the "Add new list" button.

Next, you can choose which triggers you want to track and specify additional trigger parameters, such as which keywords you want to monitor in posts on LinkedIn.

Next, you must name the new list and upload your CSV file with prospects.

In the next step, you need to label the fields in the list you are uploading.

So that you know, the most important fields you need to label are the company websites and LinkedIn profiles of individuals.

The system will allow you to proceed to the next step and start tracking. However, you can skip matching other fields.

They are not mandatory. But we recommend labeling as many fields as possible, as it will be more convenient for you in the future.

In the next step, we will calculate the number of prospects added and your total number of prospects being tracked.

Next, you click Create a new list, and if everything goes successfully, you will see a success notification.

Your new list will appear at the very bottom of the list.

Make sure that this switch is set to the on position.
